Special Events

Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class, to change and get comfortable in the hot room. There will be no late admittance.
All classes are 90 minutes, so plan to stay for the entire class, and do let us know in advance if you have a special circumstance to consider, or if you wear an emergency pager.
