Whether you have been practicing for years, or only just started, a private class can fine tune your practice as well as facilitate a greater awareness of body alignment, breath control, and countless other aspects of the yoga. Yoga has been a form of therapy for years.
If you are recovering from an injury, Bikram yoga could be part of your rehabilitation program. Depending on your situation, a private class can assist you to recognise and implement proper body alignment and depth. The benefit of the one to one direction and correction will most certainly help you get the most out of the time you spend in the hot room.
You may be feeling that you are ‘going backwards’ in your practice. Please, speak to one of our teachers about it. You may have developed a bad habit within your practice! Bad habits can form anywhere, including on your mat. A simple chat with a teacher before class may be all that is needed to help set you on a healthier course and alleviate your concerns.
